A community leader in Sheboygan County has accepted a position with Lakeland University.
Lakeland has announced that Christine Loose has been named the university’s Director of Strategic Partnerships.
In her new role, Loose will lead the school’s external engagement efforts while driving the development, expansion, and management of partnerships with community organizations, businesses, and nonprofits.
Lakeland President Beth Borgen said, “She will be an important bridge between Lakeland and the region, relaying community needs and insights and how those present program opportunities for Lakeland and career opportunities for our students.”
Loose’s career before accepting this saw her serve in roles for the Kohler Company, the Lakeshore College Foundation, and the St. Norbert College Board of Trustees.
She will use her prior experiences and existing partnerships in the community to further the growth Lakeland University has experienced over the years.
