Sheboygan Residents will have the opportunity to learn more about possible improvements at Evergreen Park.
Sheboygan County Cycling will be hosting two Q&A sessions on April 23rd and 30th that will offer information on the proposed Trail Improvement Concept Plan.
Both sessions will take place at the Mead Public Library at 5:30 p.m. on the 23rd and 3:30 p.m. on the 30th.
The Trail Improvement Concept Plan was proposed by IMBA Trail Solutions and has a heavy focus on reworking the park’s trail system to be more efficient and sustainable.
It also includes points of emphasis on erosion control and protecting the health of the forest.
Evergreen Park is 107 years old and those interested in the preservation and future of the park are encouraged to attend one of the sessions.
More information on the Trail Improvement Concept Plan and the Q&A sessions can be found by visiting the Sheboygan County Cycling Facebook page.
