One of the committees of the Chamber Manitowoc County is hosting a breakfast event for wellness.
The free Wellness Day Kickoff Breakfast called “Rock Your Wellness” kicks off tomorrow morning from 7:30 am to 9:00 am at the BayCare Clinic Lakeside Campus in Manitowoc.
The event, hosted by the Safety, Health, and Wellness Committee, gives attendees ideas of how their companies can participate in National Employee Health and Fitness Day.
Each person will get a packet of information to participate in the Chamber of Manitowoc County’s National Employee Health at Fitness Day Challenge on May 21st.
The challenge requires participants to engage in 30 minutes of physical activity during the day and for organizations to track the number of employees who participate in the challenge.
Whoever gets involved will win a plaque as a company or prizes as individuals.
