A woman serving life in prison for murder has attacked her attorney again.
WBAY reports that Taylor Schabusiness attacked her attorney, Curtis Julka, on Friday (April 4th) while appearing in court for a preliminary hearing as she has been charged with assaulting a prison guard at Taycheedah Correctional Institution.
After she attacked Julka, numerous Deputies pinned her to the ground before carrying her out of the courtroom.
Her hearing would continue via video conference later in the day.
Schabusiness is serving life in prison after being found guilty of First-Degree Intentional Homicide, Mutilating a Corpse, and Third-Degree Sexual Assault for the gruesome murder of Shad Thyrion in 2022.
The 27-year-old notably attacked her attorney during court proceedings regarding that case in 2023.
