There was a lot of restructuring going on lately at Acuity Insurance as a total of seventeen associates have been promoted to new positions.
Aja Buss is promoted to Senior Claims Representative. She joined Acuity in January 2022 as a Claims Representative. Aja earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She is currently studying to receive the Associate in Claims (AIC) designation. Aja resides in Plymouth, Wisconsin.
Scott Busse is promoted to General Manager – Information Systems. He joined Acuity in June 2004 as a Programmer, was promoted to Programmer Analyst in 2006, Senior Programmer Analyst in 2009, and Manager – Information Systems in 2013, and he transferred to Manager – Information Security in 2024. Scott earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. He resides in New Holstein, Wisconsin.
Frannie Clauson is promoted to Executive Assistant. She joined Acuity in June 2020 as a Business Analyst and was promoted to Senior Business Analyst in January 2025. Frannie earned her bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is currently working on her master’s degree with the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
Debbie Fenner is promoted to Senior Document Composition Developer. She joined Acuity in June 1985 in Services – Records. Debbie was promoted to Personal Lines Underwriting Conversions later that year, MIS Secretary in 1989, EPS Assistant in 1991, and Document Composition Developer in 2022. She resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
Josh Fountaine is promoted to Senior Systems Engineer. He joined Acuity in 2007 as a Technical Support Analyst and was promoted in 2014 to Systems Engineer – Network and Security. Josh received his associate’s degree in microcomputer specialist from Milwaukee Area Technical College. He resides in Cedar Grove, Wisconsin.
Ethan Kapelka is promoted to Programmer Analyst. He joined Acuity in June 2021 as a Programmer Intern and was hired in 2022 as a Programmer. Ethan earned his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. He resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Mike Kemp is promoted to General Manager – Information Systems. He started his Acuity career in June 2015 as a Programmer and was promoted to Programmer Analyst in 2017, Senior Programmer Analyst in 2020, and Manager – Information Systems in 2021. Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in computer engineering and his master’s in computing from Marquette University.
Shqipron Qunaj is promoted to Field Claims Representative. He joined Acuity in June 2014 as a Claims Representative and was promoted to Senior Claims Representative in January 2025. Shqipron earned his bachelor’s degree in international business from Lakeland University and holds the Claims College Professional (CCP) designation.
Kelsey Sasse is promoted to Senior Licensing Specialist. She joined Acuity in 2014 as a Commercial Processor and was promoted to Licensing Specialist in 2018. Kelsey earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. She resides in Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.
Bryan Seiter is promoted to General Manager – Product Strategy. Bryan started his Acuity career in June 2024 as a Regional Market Director and was promoted to Manager – Product Strategy in December 2024. He holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology from Missouri Western State University, earned a master’s degree from Northwest Missouri State University, and is a Ph.D. candidate with Grand Canyon University. Bryan resides in St. Joseph, Missouri.
Faith Senkbeil is promoted to Senior Claims Representative. She joined Acuity in June 2020 as a Claims Representative. Faith earned her dual bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and sociology from the University of Dayton and her master’s degree in leadership and organizational development from Lakeland University. She holds the Insurance Claims Management Specialist (ICMS) designation. Faith resides in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.
Tim Stokdyk is promoted to Manager – Executive Projects and Support. He joined Acuity in 2020 as a Business Analyst and was promoted to Senior Business Analyst in January 2024 and Executive Project Coordinator in September 2024. Tim earned his bachelor’s degree in business management and master’s in business administration from Rasmussen University.
Tucker Thiede is promoted to Product Lead. He joined Acuity in June 2017 as a Commercial Lines Underwriter and was promoted to Commercial Product Analyst in 2020 and Senior Commercial Product Analyst in 2025. Tucker attended Ripon College, where he earned dual bachelor’s degrees in economics and political science. He resides in St. Louis Park, Minnesota.
Tricia Tienor is promoted to General Manager – Information Systems. She joined Acuity in January 2011 as a Programmer and was promoted to Programmer Analyst in 2013 and Manager – Information Systems in 2015. Tricia earned her bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and computer science with a minor in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She resides in Valders, Wisconsin.
Emanuel Vazquez Cisneros is promoted to Systems Engineer. He joined Acuity in 2017 as a Technical Support Analyst Intern and was promoted to Technical Support Analyst in 2018 and Senior Support Analyst in 2023. Emanuel resides in Manitowoc, Wisconsin.
Ryan Wilkerson is promoted to Regional Market Director. He joined Acuity in January 2024 as a Senior Commercial Lines Underwriter. Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Iowa. He holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU), and Associate in Commercial Underwriting-Management (AU-M) professional designations. Ryan resides in Wauwatosa, Wisconsin.
Jolene Wondra is promoted to Manager – Staff Commercial Lines. She started her Acuity career in November 2024 as a Senior Commercial Lines Consultant. Jolene earned her bachelor’s degree in finance from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Commercial Underwriting (AU) designations. Jolene resides in Mankato Minnesota.
