A Manitowoc home caught fire Friday afternoon (April 4th).
Crews with the Manitowoc Fire Rescue Department were dispatched to the 1600 block of South 10th Street where they found smoke emanating from the front and rear of the residence.
A search was conducted, but no one was home at the time.
Crews were able to extinguish the blaze, and cleared the scene within two hours.
Manitowoc Fire Rescue was aided at the scene by firefighters from Two Rivers, Branch, and Newton.
