The second of two Random Lake teens charged with sexual assault of a child is due in court.
16-year-old Spencer Dietrich will be in a Sheboygan County courtroom today (March 31st) for a bail hearing that will serve as his last pre-trial hearing as well.
Dietrich is scheduled to stand trial after pleading not guilty last June to First-Degree Child Sex Assault, Sexual Contact or Sexual Intercourse with a Person under the Age of 13, Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child, and Child Abuse-Intentionally Causing Harm, along with two counts each of Incest with a Child, False Imprisonment, and Intimidation with the Use of Force.
Dietrich and 16-year-old Cole Guttman are alleged to have forced two young brothers into performing sexual acts on each other before distributing a video of the incident.
Earlier this month, Guttmann had six of the seven felonies he faced thrown out by Judge George Limbeck, however, he has since been convicted of Second-Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and is set to be sentenced on June 6th.
Dietrich will return to court in Sheboygan County on April 21st for the start of his jury trial.
