
There are a pair of Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (March 18th), both involving the County Board.
First up is the Committee of the Whole, which will convene in the County Board Room at 5:15 p.m., where they will view a presentation by Director of Human Services Lori Fure on the Comprehensive Community Services Program.
The full board will then take over the Board Room at 6:00 p.m., where they will proclaim April Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention Month.
County Executive Bob Ziegelbauer will then make appointments to the Board of Health, Human Services Board, the Lester Public Library Board of Trustees, and the Transportation Coordinating Committee before discussing three zoning map amendments and a resolution authorizing the 2025-2026 Snowmobile Trail Aids Program.
They will also discuss a resolution to authorize a grant application for public access to the West Twin River.
