
Bond has been posted for the man accused of pulling a gun during a physical altercation.
49-year-old Lalito Martinez was given a $2,000 cash bond on charges of 1st Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety and Disorderly Conduct, which has been posted.
Martinez arrived at the Manitowoc/Two Rivers YMCA Tuesday evening as his son was involved in a fight with two other individuals.
The incident began as a verbal argument on the basketball court, which spilled into the parking lot.
None of the individuals involved was willing to speak with police, however, video surveillance showed Martinez brandishing a handgun and pointing it at the combatants.
As a part of his bond, Martinez was ordered to have no contact with the co-defendants, who were all charged with Disorderly Conduct, nor the YMCA.
He was also ordered not to possess any firearms, magazines, or ammunition.
