A person is safe after falling through the ice on a lake in Eau Claire.
Firefighters responded to the scene near Braun’s Bay Pavilion on Sunday, where the victim was found approximately 75 yards from the shore.
The individual was rescued, assessed by EMS, and released on the scene without further medical treatment.
