Manitowoc Police are asking for help finding a dog involved in a biting incident.
MPD says the incident happened in the 3800 block of Broadway Street near Lower Schuette Park between 1:30 and 2:00 pm yesterday (March 10th).
The victim was walking a dog when an unsupervised dog approached them.
The victim reached down to read the collar of the unsupervised dog and was bitten.
The attacking dog was described as brown/black colored and long-haired, like a German Shepherd, and was wearing an unknown-colored collar.
The dog’s vaccination status is also unknown.
