
A suspect convicted in his role of stealing money from a Kaukauna ATM will be going to jail.
FOX11 reports that that 40-year-old Manuel Pina-Gonzalez will spend a year in jail after he plead guilty to one count of theft of movable property.
He’s one of six people charged in the stealing of $38,000 from the ATM in July last year.
According to a criminal complaint, security cameras caught several people in two vehicles “repeatedly accessing the ATM and manipulating it before removing the money.”
48 trips to the ATM were made after the group was staged in a parking lot.
Another suspect has been convicted, while four others have a pre-trial conference scheduled for the next three months.
