Duck hunters, the Department of Natural Resources wants to hear from you.
Wisconsin’s DNR is asking for public input from duck hunters on the proposed 2026-2031 duck hunting season zones and splits.
Those interested in submitting comments to the DNR will have the chance to do so online or by attending one of four public meetings being held in March regarding the 2026-2031 duck hunting season zones and splits.
One of these meetings will be held virtually on March 19th, while the other three will be in person.
The last of the three in-person meetings will take place on March 20th at 7:00 p.m. at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton.
Every five years, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Services allows states to review and change zones, season structures and splits for their duck hunting seasons.
Those who would like to submit their comments online must do so prior to 11:59 p.m. on March 30th by visiting dnr.wisconsin.gov.
