A Two Rivers man with numerous open court cases has one come to an end.
32-year-old Trevor J. Minarik was recently found guilty due to a no contest plea on a charge of Conspiracy to Commit Theft of Movable Property, while a charge of Felony Bail Jumping was dismissed but read into the record.
Judge Robert Dewane withheld his sentencing and placed Minarik on probation for two years and to pay nearly $4,000 in restitution to the court along with his $5,000 cash bond.
Minarik has a long history of run-ins with the law, as he was previously convicted on charges including Having Sex with a Child 16 or Older, Neglecting a Child, Criminal Damage to Property, and multiple charges of Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Minarik also has seven open court cases where he faces 20 counts of Felony Bail Jumping, Three counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, two counts of Knowingly Violate a Domestic Abuse Order Injunction, and one count each of Possession of Narcotic Drugs, Burglary of a Building or Dwelling, Theft of Movable Property, and Criminal Trespass to a Dwelling.
He is next due in court on Thursday (March 6th) for four of the cases and on March 27th for the remaining three.
