A woman is in critical condition after a vehicle accident in a parking lot.
Authorities say a 75-year-old man was backing up his vehicle in a Stoughton parking lot when he accidentally pressed the gas pedal, striking a woman who was helping guide him.
The woman became pinned between the car and a building.
She was airlifted to a Madison hospital in critical condition.
The incident remains under investigation.
