The Valders Area School District has made a decision regarding a boundary move request.
Superintendent Kristen DeTroye tells SeehaferNews.com that the school board voted last night (February 27th) to deny a petition from a family to detach from Valders and join the Manitowoc Public School District.
The MPSD Board of Education voted in favor of the proposal in a meeting earlier this week.
The MPSD tells us that the issue is now solely in the hands of the family, as they could file an appeal.
