The Manitowoc Public School District is asking for the public’s help in searching for the next school Superintendent.
Board President Chris Able sent a letter to MPSD staff and families asking for people to apply to be a part of the interview process.
In the letter, Able stated, “The Board truly values our community’s engagement in this important hiring process, and we want to provide an opportunity to meet any selected finalists, ask them questions, and provide feedback to the Board.”
Applications for the Superintendent position are due by March 7th, and the first round of interviews will be conducted on March 25th.
If any candidates were to pass into the finalists round, they would be interviewed again on April 4th.
Anyone who wishes to be on the interview panel are encouraged to contact Patti Vickman, a consultant with the Wisconsin Association of School Boards at PVickman@WASB.org, or 920-495-0400.
