A Kaukauna woman charged in a criminal damage case will stand trial.
40-year-old Kendall Strobel-Nieft appeared in Outagamie County court on Tuesday for her arraignment where she pled not guilty to all charges she is facing.
After pleading, the 40-year-old is now set to stand trial after a judge found probable cause in her case on January 30th.
Strobel-Nieft has been charged with ten felony offenses, including five counts of Burglary of a Building or Dwelling and five counts of Criminal Damage to Property Over $2,500.
She has been accused of entering homes on four separate occasions dating back to 2021 and turning on the water with the intent to destroy the homes.
A criminal complaint also says Strobel-Nieft allegedly admitted to police that she was going into homes for remodeling ideas, but she then turned on the water in sinks and showers to damage the homes.
Strobel-Nieft is scheduled to return to court on April 14th for a pre-trial conference.
