There are a pair of Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (February 27th).
The Grievance Committee was in the County Administration Building at 8:30 this morning where they entered a closed session to discuss possible suspensions in the Sheriff’s Department.
No details on that situation have been released.
Then, at 4:15 p.m., the Human Services Board will meet in a conference room at 808 Hamilton Street, where Jessica Huss will give a presentation on the 2024 budget deficit.
She will also give the financial projects for this month.
Chairman Jim Brey will also host a discussion on the budget before adjourning for the evening.
