Nathaniel McGree, a co-owner of Tyrol Basin Ski and Snowboarding Area in Mt. Horeb, is in custody following allegations of child abuse.
The 39-year-old was taken into custody and booked into the Dane County Jail on Monday.
McGree, who has co-owned the ski area for seven years, is accused of physically assaulting a 17-year-old victim after the teen was reportedly kicked out for not purchasing a ski pass.
The victim claims McGree and another staff member ordered him to return and pay double the usual pass price before the incident occurred.
McGree is scheduled for a court appearance tomorrow.
