Three days after a water main break on Milwaukee’s east side, cars remain frozen.
The incident occurred on Tuesday night on Franklin Place near Pleasant Street when a second pipe also ruptured.
A large amount of water flooded the streets, and with cold temperatures and strong winds, the water quickly froze, trapping vehicles in ice.
Car owners are working hard to free their cars, but some remain stuck.
