
A sex offender will be living in Manitowoc.
The Manitowoc Police Department announced that Ronald L. Cox will be released next Tuesday (February 25th) and reside in the 1100 block of S. 19th Street.
He was convicted of 3rd-degree sexual assault, battery, exposing a child to harmful material, and possession of child pornography.
The victims were a minor and an adult female.
MPD reminds residents that releasing information is not to increase fear but to keep them informed.
Cox has served his sentence and is not wanted by police at this time. Citizen abuse of the information to threaten, intimidate, or harass him will not be tolerated.
Cox is also registered with the Sex Offender Registration Program and GPS Tracking as a lifetime registrant.
He will be under extended supervision through the Department of Corrections until March 2027.
