There is one meeting on the calendar for today (February 20th) in the City of Manitowoc.
The Municipal Tree Commission will be in the First Floor Conference Room at 4:30 p.m., where the public will be given time to voice input.
They will look over any urban forestry grant opportunities before discussing plans for Arbor Day.
The group is also slated to update its list of “Suggested Street Trees” and “Trees Not Recommended For Street Tree Planting” included in the “Street Tree and Shrub Planting Policy” before reviewing their application for the 2024 Tree City USA distinction.
