One person has died following a car accident early Wednesday morning, and the driver responsible has been arrested.
Authorities say a 23-year-old traveling northbound on Teutonia Avenue collided with a car driven by a 69-year-old heading east on Mill Road.
The 69-year-old was rushed to the hospital but later died from their injuries.
The 23-year-old was also hospitalized and subsequently taken into custody.
The case is currently under review by the District Attorney’s office.
