A Milwaukee County judge has ruled that the city and Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) will equally share the costs of bringing school resource officers back to MPS.
The judge issued the order on Monday, requiring both parties to split the expenses 50-50.
MPS has 10 days to comply with the ruling, or they may face contempt of court charges.
