A woman has been arrested for operating while intoxicated (OWI) after being pulled over by a state patrol officer for speeding on I-94.
Rebecca Elyce Good, who had two children under the age of 16 in the car, was stopped yesterday morning.
The children were safely handed over to their father, while Good was taken into custody on charges of OWI.
