A pizza delivery driver charged in a hit-and-run that killed someone in Oshkosh can go to trial.
FOX11 reports that after two competency exams, 60-year-old Mark Radley was determined to be competent to stand trial, meaning he’s able to understand the court proceedings and assist in his own defense.
A criminal complaint states that Oshkosh Police were called to Ohio Street in January last year for the hit-and-run.
A 38-year-old man was found bleeding at the scene and eventually died.
Police got Radley’s license plate and found security camera footage after he returned to the restaurant where he delivered pizzas.
The video allegedly shows him checking out the damage at the front end of his van before he went inside.
His trial date was set for October 7th.
His pre-trial conference is set for September 9th.
