The City of Sheboygan is considering some changes to the payment process for those who use the marina.
In a matter referred to the Public Work Committee by the Common Council, the committee is discussing the implementation of a rewards program for those who use the city’s Harbor Centre Marina.
The rewards program would include two separate memberships for transient boaters and seasonal boaters.
The gold membership aimed at transient boaters would cost $150, which includes a ten-cent per gallon discount on fuel purchases and early arrival/late check-out flexibility, amongst other perks.
The platinum membership for seasonal boaters offers a 20-cent discount on fuel purchases, ten percent off next season’s dockage at the marina, and more.
Platinum membership would cost $400 for seasonal docking.
