The St. Norbert College Board of Trustees supports the school’s president even though more cuts are expected soon.
WBAY reports that the board said President Laurie Joyner was part of an “orchestrated campaign” to diminish her efforts to guide the school through difficult times.
A letter from the board explains that they support Joyner and have confidence in her leadership.
The college is making significant cuts, including several layoffs and eliminating 13 majors.

The letter from the board didn’t go into exact detail about who or what is behind the “orchestrated campaign” or what the campaign is.
