A Fond du Lac man is getting some jail time for trying to use a computer to try and meet a minor for sex.
Court records show that 47-year-old Toby Graves was found guilty to a no-contest plea in a Manitowoc County Courtroom last week for one count of child enticement, including sexual contact.
Four other counts, including attempted 2nd-degree sexual assault and causing a child 13-18 to view sexual activity, were dismissed but read into the record.
Graves was sentenced to five years of probation and a year of jail time through the Huber Law.
Court records also show that he cannot have contact with anyone under 18 unless it’s his biological children and has to undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation.
Graves was arrested in April last year by the Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office in Mishicot after sheriff’s deputies were conducting proactive online enforcement for Child Sexual Assault.
