A significant project in Kiel is getting underway soon.
A post on the city’s Facebook page discussed long-awaited and needed repair work on the city dam on E. Fremont Street, which is beginning soon.
City Administrator Dave Funkhouser says there will be a lot of activity as construction crews get set up.
Actual work on the project will start soon.
The repair and improvement work will continue through the spring.
The work is scheduled to be done by May.
