Development continues for a subdivision project in Two Rivers.
According to City Manager Greg Buckley’s report, a contractor has installed all water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer mains in the Sandy Bay Highlands subdivision.
The preliminary rough grading for stormwater features was also completed. Buckley says the sale of the first lot in Phase 3 closed at the end of January.
Lakeshore Residential LLC purchased some of the land for four lots to construct spec houses.
Additional curb and gutter work and asphalt paving will be bid on this Spring.
Phase 3 of the Sandy Bay Highlands project included 26 new home sites priced between $57,900 and $74,900.
The sales are happening through the city’s Community Development Authority.
