The Milwaukee Police Association (MPA) is addressing false claims circulating on social media.
These claims suggest that local officers are working alongside ICE agents to detain individuals.
MPA President Alexander Ayala clarified that the post, which was issued using a counterfeit version of their letterhead, was entirely misleading.
Ayala stressed that the Milwaukee Police Department is not involved in immigration enforcement, and the department’s policies do not align with such actions.
