
There are five Manitowoc County governmental meetings scheduled for today (February 5th).
First up is the Criminal Justice Coordinating Council, which will be in the Communications and Technology Building at 4:45 p.m.
After hearing comments from the public, the group will get updates on the drug court and Manitowoc Youth Intervention Network.
Then, starting at 5:15 p.m., three Expo-Ice Center Board Subcommittees will hold meetings in the Expo Office.
The Entertainment and Vendor Subcommittee is first and will approve several fair contracts.
At 5:45, the Marketing and Advertising Subcommittee will look over its budget before getting updates on Fairest of the Fair, social media marketing, and the planned Woman’s Day event.
The Operations Subcommittee will convene at 6:15 p.m. to discuss a wide array of items related to the 2025 Manitowoc County Fair.
Closing out the night will be the full board, which will discuss the proposed 2026 budget and congratulate the elected officers for each subcommittee.
