A Green Bay man is pleading in his child sexual assault case.
Fox 11 reports that 19-year-old Maricio Powless pleaded no contest to two counts of attempted first-degree child sexual assault and second-degree sexual assault after two separate incidents at the Tundra Lodge in Green Bay last year.
According to a criminal complaint, Powless pulled down the pants of a 10-year-old girl in an elevator and tried to prevent her from leaving.
That same day, a 13-year-old girl reported that he touched her inappropriately.
Five days later, he returned to the Tundra Lodge and inappropriately touched a different 13-year-old girl and asked her to kiss him.
Powless is scheduled to be sentenced on April 11th in a Brown County Courtroom.
