A family from Denmark is trying to raise money for their son after his passing.
On his GoFundMe page, Kim Carnes talks about Nathan Chervenka and how he was involved in a serious car accident that left him in a medically induced coma.
Unfortunately, Nathan passed away from his injuries.
Nathan had recently completed cancer treatment in the fall, showing his incredible strength and resilience, according to Kim.
She asks anyone who knows Nathan and his family to support them as a community.
She is asking the community to raise $20,000 for medical and funeral expenses.
So far, a little more than $10,700 has been raised.
