Sheboygan Lutheran jumps up three spots from fifth to second in Division Five.
In Division Three, Freedom is second, with Little Chute, Seymour, and Laconia ranked eighth through tenth, respectively.
Ashwaubenon moves from sixth to fifth in Division Two, while in Division One, De Pere is second, and Kaukauna jumps from sixth to fourth.
Appleton North is the biggest mover in the poll, up four spots to number six, with Fond Du Lac debuts at number eight.
