A wrong-way crash in Milwaukee has claimed two lives and left three others injured.
According to the Milwaukee County Sheriff’s Office, a white sedan entered the northbound lanes of I-43 near Plankinton Avenue early Saturday morning, colliding with another vehicle.
The driver of the sedan and a female passenger were killed on impact.
Another passenger in the sedan sustained serious injuries and was transported to a hospital.
The occupants of the other vehicle, an adult male and a child, were injured but are expected to survive.
