A woman from Kaukauna will be standing trial in her criminal damage to property case.
Court records show that 40-year-old Kendall L. Strobel-Nieft was present in an Outagamie County Courtroom on Thursday (January 30th) where she was bound over for trial.
Strobel-Nieft also waived her right to a preliminary hearing as she faces 10 felony charges.
These charges include five counts of Burglary to a Building or Dwelling and five counts of Criminal Damage to Property over $2,500.
The 40-year-old has been accused of entering homes on four separate occasions dating back to 2021 and turning on the water with the intent to destroy the homes.
A criminal complaint also says Strobel-Nieft allegedly admitted to police that she was going into homes for remodeling ideas, but she then turned on the water in sinks and showers to damage the homes.
She will be back in court for her arraignment on February 25th.
