Police in Oshkosh arrested a man after he threatened family members with a firearm.
WBAY reports that the Oshkosh Police Department responded to the 1100 block of High Avenue yesterday (January 26th) for a domestic disturbance.
Arriving officers shut down the area surrounding High Avenue for approximately 30 minutes while the situation was handled.
Officers say that the suspect, a 48-year-old Oshkosh man, made threats toward his adult family members with a firearm.
However, no one was injured, and authorities were able to stabilize the situation.
The Oshkosh man was arrested and taken to the Winnebago County Jail where he faces two charges of Endangering Safety by Use of a Dangerous Weapon.
