A 61-year-old man has died after falling through the ice while riding an ATV on Pewaukee Lake Saturday.
Waukesha County Sheriff’s officials say bystanders attempted to help but were unable to locate him in the water.
Scuba divers eventually recovered the man, who had been submerged for at least 40 minutes.
He was rushed to the hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
