A man previously detained for providing false information about the disappearance of a Sun Prairie woman is now facing serious charges in connection with her death.
Court records show that 23-year-old Gerson Blas Noe has been charged with first-degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse.
Authorities report that Noe had been in a relationship with Ingrid Isamar Valverde-Ponce, whose body was discovered in a field on January 14.
Investigators believe she may have been pregnant at the time of her death, and additional charges could be brought against Noe if this is confirmed.
