
The man arrested on his 4th OWI in seven years is free on bond.
28-year-old Santos Sanchez Espinoza IV was given a $2,000 signature bond after being arrested for his 4th OWI on January 11th.
An officer with the Manitowoc Police Department pulled Espinoza over after noticing his registration was expired.
As the officer turned his lights on, Espinoza allegedly veered toward the center line and displayed signs of impairment.
A background check revealed he was previously arrested for OWI in 2017, 2020, and 2022.
As a part of his bond, Espinoza was ordered not to possess any controlled substances and to maintain absolute sobriety.
His initial appearance is scheduled for March 24th at 9:30 a.m.
