A teenager was injured in a shooting on Madison’s east side last week.
Authorities responded to an incident on Wind Stone Drive Friday evening, where an 18-year-old man was found with a gunshot wound to his leg.
He was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Investigators believe the shooting occurred inside an apartment and was likely accidental.
At the time, two juvenile family members were also present in the apartment.
