A 17-year-old is facing multiple charges, including negligent homicide, after allegedly killing his friend in Milwaukee.
Jaden Jenkins-Delane is accused of fatally shooting 18-year-old Christopher Carter Jr. from Texas on January 9.
Prosecutors say the incident occurred when Jenkins-Delane was handling a handgun at his home, causing it to discharge and strike Carter.
This marks Milwaukee’s first shooting death of 2025.
