Authorities have charged a second individual in connection with the 2022 shooting deaths of two Brown Deer brothers.
Tamirat Mills is facing first-degree intentional homicide charges for the fatal shootings of Amarion Brown and Charlus Robinson in September 2022.
Mills joins Joseph Tucker, the first person charged in the case, who was convicted of both murders in May and is currently serving a life sentence.
