A local business accelerator is gearing up to host a training program this spring.
Progress Lakeshore is collaborating with the Small Business Development Center to put on an Entrepreneurial Training Program focused on Empowering Local Business Growth.
The program will run weekly on Wednesdays, from March 5th to April 30th, with sessions held from 5:30 pm to 8:30 p.m. at Progress Lakeshore’s office located at 202 North 8th Street, Suite 101 in Manitowoc.
There will be no class on April 23rd due to the NFL Draft week.
Applicants to the program can apply for the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC) Entrepreneur Training Grant, which covers $750 of the $1,000 course fee.
Additionally, the Progress Lakeshore Foundation will offer a limited number of $200 scholarships, bringing the cost down to $50 for qualified applicants.
