The woman who claimed the “Saint of Death” gifted her the entire universe is being held in the Manitowoc County Jail.
48-year-old Blanca R. Perez-Hernandez was given a $7,500 cash bail on charges of First Degree Reckless Injury with a Dangerous Weapon and First Degree Recklessly Endangering Safety with a Dangerous Weapon, which she has not yet furnished.
Perez-Hernandez was arrested Tuesday morning (January 7th) after she slashed an individual with a kitchen knife and attempted to stab another.
Prior to the attack, she had allegedly been taking license plates off of vehicles, claiming they were given to her by “Santa Muerte,” or the Saint of Death.
Her family had reportedly tried to get her help for an undisclosed medical condition at one point as well.
As a part of her bond, Perez-Hernadez was ordered to have no contact with the victims, their residence, or anywhere they occupy, not possess any weapons, and not travel outside of Wisconsin without the court’s approval.
She is due for her initial appearance on Monday in Branch 2.
