
A man convicted of child sex crimes is set to be released from prison and will reside in Manitowoc.
The Manitowoc County Sheriff’s Office has announced that Roger R. Kubsh will soon be released from prison after previously being convicted of 1st Degree Sexual Assault of a Child and Indecent Exposure.
Kubsh is required to rules as established by the Department of Corrections and be registered with the Sex Offender Registration Program for life.
Kubsh is not wanted by police at this time, and the Sheriff’s Office warns that any threatening, intimidating, or harassment of him will not be tolerated.
The Sheriff’s Office notifies the public of the release of sex offenders not to cause fear, but rather to keep the public as informed as possible.
