Manitowoc’s 7th Aldermanic District has a candidate for the upcoming 2025 Spring Election.
Brian Anderson filed his paperwork with the Manitowoc City Clerk’s Office to run for the open seat.
Current 7th District Alderman Tim Boldt filed for noncandidacy, meaning he will not run for another term.
Anderson is one of two people who aren’t incumbents running for a seat on the common council as former Alderman Ray Geigel is challenging Brett Vanderkin in the 1st District.
Incumbents Vanderkin, Chad Beeman, and Mike Cummings have also filed to run for another term.
